Please update your emergency contact form

Picture
What if you are out of town on vacation and you left your garage door open ...

Or a tree limb fell on your roof in a rain storm ...

your current phone number is vitally important, as well as an emergency contact number if you are not able to receive phone calls.

The Homeowners Emergency and Alternate Contact Form is an important document that is only used in case of an emergency and is onlyt available to a board member. It is kept confidential.

If you haven't updated it recently, please take the time now to do so. A form will be attached to the upcoming May newsletter. It can also be downloaded by clicking here.

Want a current phone list?

As new neighbors move in, our phone list changes frequently. If you would like a current phone list, one can be emailed to you in PDF format. You can print the list out at home or just keep it on your computer for reference.  Click here to send an email requesting this list.

Notice regarding trash cans
The board encourages residents to retrieve their cans and bins from the street the same day of pick-up. If you are comfortable keeping your trash cans in your garage, please do so.

If you prefer to keep the receptacles on the side of your house, you have the option to install a pre-approved “L” shaped lattice screen which can be purchased and installed by the homeowner.  The pre-approved color may be white, match the house color, or match the house trim color. No HOA application is necessary.

The photo shown is an example of an approved screen design. Use two screens in an L-shape for one trash can. Use three-screens in an extended L-shape for two or more trash cans. This specific screen can be purchased at Lowes. Click here to go to Lowes product page.

This product is made by Freedom Outdoor Living. Click here to visit the manufacturer's product page.
