Homeowners’ Association Board Meetings
are held on the third Thursday of each month at 9:30 AM,
in the clubhouse.
People wishing to speak at the next Board Meeting
must request to speak and list the topic, in writing, at least 10 days
before the next scheduled Board Meeting, to be added to the agenda.
The agenda will be posted 7 days before the next scheduled Board Meeting.
It will be posted on the clubhouse bulletin board and the HOA website.
he Board of Directors are normally compromised of seven homeowners,
but at this time we only have five homeowners who have volunteered to manage the community for the benefit of all its residents.
It is the responsibility of the Board to enforce the association’s covenants & restrictions,
by-laws, rules, policies and to responsibly manage our homeowners association's finances.
